If you have had your licnese taken by the police during your DUI arrest, you must request a hearing within 10 days. Contact our office now to arrange for your appeal to be filed. If you fail to do this, your license will be suspended.

Effective May 13, 2010 any person that has their license confiscated by a police officer and is served with a DDS 1205 sworn report, must submit a $150.00 filing fee when submitting their request for an ALS hearing. The check should be made out to the "Department of Driver Services" and should be included with the written request.
